I called ahead of time placed an order they said it would be 45 minutes got there at the exact time they said the chicken wasn't done so we had to wait 10 more minutes for it we ended up waiting at least an half hour more . They said the cook was doing it but I would see him walking around. gravy was cold potatoes were cold in the pizza cold didn't really get to enjoy it. The biscuits were burnt. By far the worst service I ever deceive data pizza place.
Food was decent. Staff was okay. We came in at the end of the buffet hours and the staff seemed like they would have rather us not eaten there so they could eat the leftovers themselves.
Service at getting buffet out slow. Had to wait longer for the pizza's we wanted. Not one employee asked a mother of two kids to stop them from running around especially the little girl.
Not at all expressed. Pototates and chicken both cold. Lettuce on salad bar was brown and frozen. Not much for pizza options the ones they had where cold as well and tasted as if they reheated them and when we requested a pizza for the buffet they where very rude.
Charles City location is not our favorite. We were there around 7:00 pm on Sunday and several of the salad toppings were empty, some of the containers gone. The pizza was very limited, beans were empty, gravy almost gone and very thick, however the Chicken was very good. There is no soup or ice cream at this location. Bathrooms were not special. This location needs a total remodel and update. The price was the same as new or other nicer locations with none of the above critiques. Most likely not stop here again.
