I'm always unpleasantly surprised by the subpar customer service experience every time I come here. It's a shame, because we love Taco John's. However, this location is constantly slow, frequently rude, and overall unpleasant.
Someone from Corporate should probably check in here because we should be easy customers to please but any loyalty we've had to the brand has been destroyed by the general incompetence of this store.
Seriously, I know there was a big order in front of us, but there was one family and we waited in line and for our food for over 20 minutes. Unacceptable.
I went in to return my potato ole's because they tasted burnt. The young ladies were very helpful. I asked to speak to the manager. His name is Carl. I told him the oil was bad and he told me that he did not see anything wrong with them. He is the rudest manager. If this is who is running this store, then I feel sorry for them. The young man working was a jerk as well. I am on a roadtrip and if I ever come this way again, I will not stop at this Taco John's again.
Waited in drive thru for 20 mins never once got acknowledge or given my drinks so drove off slowest fast food place I have ever been 2 was at window itself for 9 mins and they couldn't even open the window and tell me what the hold up was horrible service
So slow! I have waited for almost half an hour in the drive thru! This unacceptable if I want to sit and wait I would have just walked in...
Service is subpar. Food is boring fast food and is a bit overpriced.
