The Charles City Public Library is awesome! It is a great place to socialize, read, study, conduct research, and utilize the internet.
We used this small-to-midsize library's internet while camping nearby. Excellent, extremely quick internet service: I could upload 5-10 5MB photos to my blog galleries in a minute or so without straining the system. Major thumbs up for that! Quiet environment. The front desk is situated at one end of the library which makes for nice quiet spots at the other end. There's expansive bar-type seating just off the entrance foyer with many outlets; we opted to use a table and chairs actually inside the quieter library.
