very slow, all the price wrong. Not happy
Nice place to shop. Has a wide variety of items to buy.
Prices far too high for quality of products. Walmart would be better choice, if a Walmart weren't 30 miles away.
I appreciate Kmart in CC and understand that staffing could be difficult. But I'm tired of one employee saying "I'm sorry" for everything she does. But now i understand when i left the store i had to go back and get the $1 she shorted me & hear "I'm sorry". Now today i need to go back as when she help with an online order (because i needed a 5.5 ring size instead of a 7 that was in stock) and she entered item and fail to tell me it's only in size 7 and proceeded with the order. I guess I get to hear "I'm sorry" again today. I may puke.
Unfortunately, Kmart seems to be in decline. The aisles get wider, stock is spread out more on the shelves, all to make it look like the store is still fully stocked. But about half the time I go in, I leave without at least one item I went in for. It's a shame, because Kmart used to be my go-to store for just about anything.
