Showed up at their shop looking for an obscure Tire we needed to get a piece of equipment up and running. They had ONE in stock but it had been sold to another guy earlier that morning. The owner, who works the front counter, called the guy and they went back and forth for about 5 minutes. He hung up with the man, walked back over to where I was standing and let me know his other customer said he could wait, they'd order him another one. His techs dropped what they were doing, pulled the tire from the delivery trailer out front and went to work right away getting it mounted. Saved me a weeks worth of down time and could not have been nicer.
